Exhibitor Package

Each exhibitor will receive:

  • One (1) covered table (160cm length x 80cm width)
  • Two (2) chairs 
  • One (1) tent card displaying company name 
  • Access to electricity 

Hours & Locations

You are able to collect your registration badge during the Welcome Reception on Monday 31st August and during Showcase opening hours on Tuesday 1st and Wednesday 2nd September. The registration desk will be located in Foyer E.

Delivery

Important: The Lisbon Convention Centre does not accept direct deliveries.

All items must be shipped through our designated freight forwarder, TWI, and their local partner, Rangel. Your items will be collected at their facility and delivered to the venue on setup day morning.

Tabletop Display Guidelines

You are permitted 1-2 roll-up type banners behind your table. Not to exceed 38 inches/1mt each or 76 inches/2m total width, 6.5ft/2mt height and single sided.

Branding and Messaging

  • Place your logo prominently at eye level for easy viewing and brand recognition 
  • Keep text compact and to the point with clear, compelling messaging 
  • Use consistent brand colours throughout your display 
  • Include QR codes to make it easy for people to connect with you digitally

Layout Considerations

  • Avoid overcrowding with too much information  
  • Maximize limited space by focusing on key messages and visuals 
  • Design an eye-catching banner to draw people to your table 
  • Make strategic use of every inch of your allocated space 
  • Remember the lower part of your banner will not be visible behind the table 

Interactive Elements

  • Incorporate engagement features that encourage visitors to stay longer 
  • Include a clear call-to-action (newsletter signup, brochure pickup, product demo)  

Sustainability Options

  • Consider using reusable display elements rather than single-use disposable graphics
