The CCH – Congress Center Hamburg is conveniently located in the city center. The Dammtor mainline train station and several other stations and stops of the public transportation system are within a distance of 100 to 500 meters.

The CCH’s own underground parking garage (Tiergartenstr. 2) provides 700 spaces on two levels. Fees: 3 € per hour, maximum 25 € per day.

The exhibition showcase is located directly outside the conference room and is open for the event hours stated above.

Please note that the showcase exhibition is not open to the public, only to conference attendees.

Employees from airlines and aircraft engine lessors in qualifying roles are invited to experience our events with a complimentary VIP Pass. Please read the criteria carefully before registering, to ensure that you qualify.

Airline Complimentary Policy: To be eligible for complimentary VIP Admission to our events, you must be employed at a full service, low-cost, cargo, charter, private or commercial airline and hold a management-level or above position in the following areas: engineering, maintenance, technical operations, quality, procurement, or supply chain.

Lessors Complimentary Policy: To be eligible for complimentary VIP Admission to our events, you must be employed in a technical procurement role at an engine and/or aircraft leasing company and hold a management level or above position in the following areas: engineering, maintenance, technical operations, quality, procurement, or supply chain.

NOTE: The following positions do not qualify- marketing, sales, business development, administrative assistants, customer service, and outside consultants. The following companies do not qualify- consultancies, third party maintenance, engine components or aircraft spare parts suppliers. 

You must register with a valid company/corporate email. Emails with gmail/aol/yahoo/comcast/att/optimum, etc. will automatically be disqualified.

Aviation Week reserves the right to cancel any registration that doesn’t meet the criteria, in which case you will be contacted.

You will be able to collect your badge from the registration desk in Foyer 3+H on:

Monday 8 September   6PM – 7:30PM (During the Welcome Reception)
Tuesday 9 September   8:30AM – 5PM 
Wednesday 10 September 8:30AM – 1:30PM 

Once you have completed your registration or a group registration you are unable to add a colleague to that registration. Therefore you will need to complete a new registration online.

Upon completion of your registration, a confirmation email will be sent to you containing all event information as well as a receipt of payment, or an invoice, depending on your payment method. If you have registered and not received this email, please contact [email protected]

Yes, all registered attendees have access to the event app, powered by Brella. Available on both desktop and mobile, the app allows you to

  • View the entire attendee list and set alerts for when your prospect join the platform 
  • Get personalized meeting recommendations based on your interests 
  • Pre-schedule 1:1 meetings 
  • Build your own event agenda

There are several networking opportunities for you at Aero-Engines Europe, both pre-event and during the event. The event app opens two weeks before the show for pre-event networking, allowing you to pre-schedule meetings and connect with attendees.  App meetings can be booked to take place in a dedicated area, with a reserved table number, making it easier to find your prospects.

During the event, there are several dedicated networking sessions, include an evening reception and the Host Sponsor Reception.

Where we have been given permission, the presentation slides from the sessions will be available to download to all attendees after the event. You will be sent these via email. 

All registered attendees are available to see on the event app.

You will receive a networking list, with contact details, post event if you have opted in during your registration. If you are unsure of this, or if you would like to be removed, please approach our team onsite.

Written cancellations received on or before August 12th, 2025 will receive a refund less a 20% processing fee on the conference registration. If no moneys are received, registrants are still responsible for the processing fee. Verbal cancellations are not acceptable.

Please email your written cancellation to  [email protected]. No refunds will be given after August 12th, 2025 but a substitute may be sent. Any fees not paid by original registrant will be applied to substitute’s fees. By submitting your registration, you authorize Informa to invoice you for any unpaid portion of your registration fees.
